DESCRIPTION:The Hill Country Film Society hosts an annual fundraiser that pairs local cuisine\, Texas Hill Country wine and film for a unique evening with proceeds benefiting HCFS year round programs: the Hill Country Film Festival\, Summer Film Camp and Indie Film Series. \n\nIn partnership with Hoffman Haus\, Otto's German Bistro and Pedernales Cellars\, Film Aff re will explore the convergence of food and film with guest speaker\, Tom Provost.\n\nProvost is an award winning filmmaker\, author of the engaging blog\, On Food and Film\, and is also the creator and instructor of the popular filmmaking series\, Cinema Language. He will share his insights on how food can influence our perspective of cinema and vice versa. Inspired by and paired with Provost's film inspirations - you will enjoy five small courses prepared by Chef Adam Yoho of Otto's German Bistro\, Pedernales Cellars wine\, and of course\, film.
