DESCRIPTION:The Historical Downtown Business Association (HDBA) is closing Earl Garrett Street for Halloween festivities.\n\n\n\nEvery business downtown will be passing out candy for trick or treating   participating businesses will have a decorated pumpkin and balloons outside their location. Join us downtown for trick or treating\, games and more. Start at Kerrville Arts and Culture Center (KACC) and end at the Arcadia for our Halloween Event and Hotel Transylvania 2 movie!\n\n\n\nWe will have a costume contest directly before the movie at 3:15pm   all children 10 and under can enter contest to win a prize!\n\n\n\nThe three costume categories will be: \n\n1. Scariest \n\n2. Funniest \n\n3. Most Original/Creative\n\n\n\n\n\nEach child will receive popcorn and a goodie bag with treats and activities. \n\n\n\nPLUS\, enjoy our specialty "Foggy Dracula" drink\, available for both kids and adults!\n\nDowntown trick-or-treating: 2:00   3:00 PM\n\nTheatre doors: 2:30 PM\n\nCostume contest: 3:15 PM\n\nMovie: 3:30 PM\n\n \n\nThis family friendly event brought to you by our children's movie sponsor\, Terminix.\n\nFacebook Event
