SUMMARY:Strategic Planning Town Hall Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The Kerrville Area Chamber is working on developing a new strategic plan.  This plan will act as a guidepost for everything the Chamber does for the next 3 years.  We want feedback from our members and the community on what the Chamber needs to look like moving forward.\n\nDuring this meeting\, we will review our current benefits model and get suggestions for possible new member benefits to be added in the future.  We will conduct a SWOT Analysis (strengths\, weaknesses\, opportunities\, and threats) for the Chamber and Kerrville as a whole.  Finally\, we will discuss legislative and educational issues that impact our business community
