Description
Kerrville's 4th on the River with Robert Earl Keen as the headline performer. A free concert will begin in the afternoon with "Starlings, TN" at 4pm, "Someone Like You" featuring Josh Murley at 5:15 pm, "Prophets and Outlaws" at 6:30pm and Kerrville's own Robert Earl Keen at 8:00 pm. Food, Beer, and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase. No personal coolers/ice chests or glass containers will be permitted. Smoking is prohibited in all parks under City Ordinance.
