We are seeking a motivated Client Service Specialist (Administrative Assistant) to join our rapidly growing wealth management and retirement plan practice in our Boerne, TX location. Prime Capital Investment Advisors, LLC is a financial services firm that truly cares about their clients, advisors, and associates. Objectives: The Client Service Specialist plays an important role in serving “their” clients which are the Advisors they work for and the clients they serve. Client Service Specialists work alongside the Office Administrators assisting and supporting the business objectives outlined by their supervising advisor(s) and to organize and manage a wide range of administrative and client support activities. The CSS role is about: 1) enhancing the client service experience and 2) making the Advisors they support more successful. We are looking for associates who have a desire to be the very best and to provide the highest level of service excellence. Our Standards: Our overall standard is "service excellence." • Financial industry terminology and account types
• Salesforce data entry and management
• Docusign technologies
• Detailed and accurate data entry and account processing

• Google Suite and calendar management
• Client service
• Client Engagement program Education/Experience
• High school Diploma required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent financial services industry experience
• Financial Services Industry experience preferred
• Exceptional Google Suite, Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, Adobe skills required
• Successful completion of industry standard background screening required
