Night Shift Caregiver

Hill Country Youth Ranch is accepting applications for overnight shift positions at their Ingram, TX campus. This shift is from 10PM-6AM.

Some duties of a night shift caregiver are:

Learn and effectively use the Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) model of care.
Develop a relationship with each resident in care and proactively teach coping skills and acceptable ways to give and receive care.
Work with other childcare staff to provide a safe, clean, orderly home for residents in compliance with applicable licensing and accreditation standards.
Supervise residents to ensure their safety and well-being and adjust the level of supervision according to the circumstances and needs of the residents in care.
Ensure residents have the appropriate clothing, shoes, personal care supplies, and hygiene items needed for the morning grooming routine, including encouragement and coaching on maintaining good hygiene.
Ensure all facilities and equipment are clean, organized, and maintained.
Effectively complete documentation of nightly duties and communicate with the resident care team.

Job requirements:

*Must be 21 or older.

*Must have valid driver's license.

*Must complete The Diana Screen®.

*Must pass criminal background checks and drug screen.

Education:

Required- Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

pay: $14 hourly
