Description
Master gleaners Barbara Lowenthal and Susan Longacre will teach the seed phase of native plants, and how to harvest those seeds--what to look for, when to glean, how to clean and store. Hands-on seed cleaning with a great variety of seeds on display.
Lowenthal is the center’s meadow supervisor, and her presentations are always well attended. Arrive in time to get a good seat, and don’t forget your lunch.
