Office Coordinator
The official title of this position is Office Coordinator, but it is actually a hybrid position - the right candidate will be someone who is flexible and has good customer service skills. Proper time management, stellar communication skills, and a good attitude are a must! We don't need someone who already possesses full knowledge of what we do - we need someone who is willing to work and learn. We are a very fast-paced office - this position deals with our existing customers at the completion and after the point of sale, as well as all of our factory representatives. In addition, they are responsible for ordering/tracking/billing of parts, scheduling contractors, checking in new home deliveries, and maintaining office files.
