Direct Care Staff - 3rd Shift (11 PM - 7 AM)

K’STAR, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our Emergency Children’s Shelter as Direct Care Staff members. Our shelter provides a safe, supportive, and healing environment for youth in crisis, and our Direct Care team plays a vital role in their daily care and stability. 

The Direct Care Staff position includes daily supervision of children and teens in the facility, assisting with routines, transportation, documentation, and contributing to a positive, structured environment. 

Requirements:

- 21+ years old

- High School Diploma or GED

- Ability to pass background check & drug screening
