Crating Specialist

As a crating specialist, you will be responsible for building crates according to detailed specifications to meet necessary shipping requirements to prepare products for transport to our vendors and customers. A successful crating specialist will work efficiently to complete kitting, assembly, and building crates according to the provided specifications to help meet our rigorous shipping schedule of products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create custom packing and crating in accordance with provided specifications
• Take measurements and create accurate cut lists
• Perform general duties associated with accepting/releasing freight
• Process outgoing product, including proper packaging, marking, and labeling
• Operate power saws, hand tools, and air driven equipment
• Support the company’s mission of superior professionalism and excellent quality
• Assist the team with other duties or projects as needed
