2026 Email Marketing Request Form

Use this form to submit your request for an email/social media package. For events to be shared on social media, please make sure you have an event already hosted/shared on your Facebook page.

Forms must be submitted at least TWO weeks before the preferred date of publication. E-blast requests are first come first serve and a date can not be guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate your requested date.

Which package will you be using? *
Basic E-Blast package: Silver membership level receive 1 e-blast with their membership per term. Additional basic e-blasts can be requested for all membership levels (except individual) for $125 each. Premium E-Blast/Social Media Package (E-Blast; Facebook & Instagram Boosted) Gold receives two Premium Packages, Platinum receives three Premium Package, and Diamond receives four Premium Packages with each membership term. Additional Premium Packages can be requested for all membership levels (except individual) for $175 each.
Please include any verbiage/wording that you would like to include in your E-blast. We do not adjust this information you provide, we copy & paste it into the e-mail. Please include the who, what, when and where in this wording.
