Description
Hill Country Memorial Hospital presents Sleep Well. If you think you may suffer from a sleep disorder, join HCM Sleep Lab Coordinator, Theresa Cochran, RRT, for a discussion on the benefits of a sleep study. Sleep is as important to your health as diet and exercise. Insufficient sleep puts you at greater risk for heart attack, stroke and diabetes.
