Sound Jounrey Meditation
Description
Learn breathing and other techniques to deepen your meditation practice, then enjoy a meditative sound journey like no other. Gong, singing bowls, rain sticks, etc. We'll have chairs available. You may also want to bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow if you'd like to lie on the floor.
