Our inaugural chili cook-off event is brought to you by Southern Sky Cafe and Southern Sky Realty Group, Benefiting the Ingram Police Benevolence Foundation. The event will be held on the banks of Guadalupe River, behind Southern Sky Cafe on the HCAF Campus.
