Location: Kerrville, TX Type: Part-time | Full-time
Benefits: Flexible schedule, 20 hrs/week initially. Compensation: $17.00 - $18.50 based on experience

We’re looking for a multitasking pro who likes working with the public, has excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and a commitment to making a positive difference in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication & Customer Service: Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries; monitor and respond to emails and voicemail messages; route messages and requests to the appropriate staff or volunteers.
- Transportation Services: Schedule requested rides and enter trip details into our online scheduling system; call drivers to fill unassigned ride requests; confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed.
- Office Administration: Understand and support office procedures related to memberships, ride accounts, and client records; assist with maintaining office records; ensure office areas are tidy and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Comfortable working with people over the phone and in person
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows-based systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and well-organized
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
