Shelter Manager - Emergency Children’s Shelter

K’STAR, Inc. is a seeking a Shelter Manager to oversee daily operations at its Emergency Children’s Shelter and ensures a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for youth. This leadership role works closely with the Executive Director and multidisciplinary team to manage staffing, scheduling, compliance, reporting, facility operations, and overall shelter supervision. 

Qualified candidates must be 21 years or older, have a high school diploma or GED, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to pass a background and drug screening. Experience working with children or in a residential care setting is preferred. 
This is a full-time, salaried position with a flexible schedule and on-call responsibilities as needed.
