Rafferty Paving LLC is owned by John Rafferty.
We are a locally owned paving contractor based at 3801B Memorial Blvd in Kerrville, Texas. We have served the Hill Country since 2014. Most of our work is chip seal paving for ranches and private roads. We also install asphalt, repair worn surfaces, prepare bases, and run maintenance programs for HOAs and commercial lots.
