The Law Office of Pattillo, Richards & Harpold and the Kerrville Area Chamber of Commerce are co-sponsoring an informative educational series, “Building Blocks for a Successful Business”, presented by attorney Gregory Richards. Attorney Richards’ experience includes representing hundreds of small businesses and small business owners for 18 years.
Small business owners interested in learning how to position their business to sell, or to pass on to the next generation are encouraged to attend. Series 4, “Pass it On”, will focus on key issues that business owners need to understand to successfully navigate the sale or merger of their business with a third party, or the transition of their business to their children or other family members.
This seminar is FREE for Chamber members and $15 for potential members. All proceeds from this education series benefit the Chamber of Commerce.
