Kerr County Historical Commission – September Meeting KERRVILLE— Ryan Reitz, Wildlife Biologist and Project Leader for the Kerr Wildlife Management Area, will speak on the topic: Kerr Wildlife Management Area - Historical Perspective of Ecosystems Management. The meeting begins at 12 noon on Monday, September 15 at the Union Church Building, 101 Travis Street in Kerrville. Meetings are open to the public and visitors are welcome.
